Warranty & Shipping Policy
At Gourmet Homes and Furnishers, we ensure to provide furniture that offers the highest standards of quality and built. Our warranty reflects this commitment and ensures lasting confidence in your purchase.
Warranty Coverage
We offer the following coverage on all our furniture items: ●Solid Wood Structure: 10 Years●Paint and Polish Finish: 2 Years●Structural Joints: 5 Years ExclusionsThe following items and conditions are not covered under our warranty:●Foam – No warranty applies to foam.
Conditions That Void Warranty
Our warranty becomes void under the following circumstances:●Improper use, neglect, or abuse●Lack of standard maintenance or care●Incorrect installation or use of non-original replacement parts●Commercial or non-residential use●Accidental damage or environmental exposure (e.g., water, heat, humidity)To initiate a warranty claim, customers must present the original proof of purchase. Each claim will be reviewed by our quality assurance team, and all final decisions regarding warranty eligibility rest with Gourmet Homes and Furnishers. This process will take 3-6 weeks.

Shipping Locations
We offer delivery services both locally and nationwide:
●Lahore: Free delivery is available within city limits.
●Other Cities in Pakistan: We deliver to all major and minor cities across the country.
A trained member of our team will accompany the delivery to ensure secure handling, careful unloading, and proper setup at your destination.
Shipping Charges
Our delivery charges vary based on your location and preferred shipping method:
●Within Lahore:
Delivery is completely free.
Includes placement and assembly if required.
●Outside Lahore (Nationwide Delivery)
Shipping charges are not included in the product price.
If you use your own transport, there is no service charge from us, but our staff will still accompany the delivery for safety and quality control.
If we arrange transport for you, the cost will depend on the delivery location, vehicle type, and volume of goods.

International Shipping
While we do not directly handle international shipping, we are happy to assist our overseas customers:
●We do not ship furniture internationally ourselves.
●Upon request, we can refer trusted third-party international shipping agents.
●All international orders require special packaging to protect your furniture during long-distance transport.
These packaging materials and services are not included in your order and must be arranged separately with your chosen shipper.
●Our team can help guide you through the export preparation process and recommend experienced handlers.
